I just wanted to share a build that I am completing for a very good friend/customer in Massachusetts, USA. It has been a long build as the base, a 1968 Mini Pickup the shell needed a fair amount of metal work before we could start. I bought the pickup as a rolling incomplete project that had a Honda K20 with an extended flip front. I prefer the Honda D16 Sohc and a steel front. So we set out on tackling removing the old conversion and installing our conversion kit, MCM conversion kit that retains stock suspension and geometry. Matt and I differ a bit in color palates, but overall we have a similar vision of what the final product should be. Sorry for the English, Mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut.
So I will start this project off of where we are at right now, we are getting close to going for first test drive tomorrow, just waiting for new Hondata S300 to be installed tonight, and a few small jobs to do before we can go cruising. Then I will post a few from the beginning and how we got here.
