Next to hill climbs maybe also slalom events would suit some test runs

Maybe worth checking with them.

think also about the so-called "touristenfahrten" on hockenheimring.
the only issue you could have is the noise level of your mini.
but that you can check with the administration.

Not sure about the particulars of the technical requirements regarding entered cars, but Pressberg hilclimb is a wellknown event in your area that might suit you well.

Presberg is dead (sad but true) but Ransel is still alive. Closest Slalom would be the one in Mainz-Finthen but all these events are already done for this year. So I'm afraid you have to wait til next year.
